I just bought a smartphone from an online store recently and it was a pretty good experience overall. The delivery was fast and free, which was nice because it made me decide to order the phone sooner. The price I paid was fair, but I was a little bummed when I saw it went down a bit the next day. Even so, I think the upgrade was worth it because the phone made me happy and I really like the color. I've bought a few things from this store before and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.
Item arrived after waiting, thrilled
I received a notification that my item was out of stock, but I decided to wait. It finally arrived after 15 days, and I'm really pleased with it! The customer service was fantastic - they kept me updated throughout and even notified me when it was sent out. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I finally got my new phone after a kinda weird delivery situation. The first day, the delivery person didn't ring the doorbell or anything, but left a note saying they couldn't deliver. It was rainy and our dog was barking, so maybe that's why. The next day, they just put the phone in the mailbox without even ringing the doorbell again. I didn't get the plastic cover I ordered, but I'll let them know. So far, the new phone seems great, just need to set it up.
Recent purchase issue
While I was shopping on this website, I noticed that the price and shipping cost of an item in my cart suddenly changed. It was kind of annoying, but when I contacted the customer service team, they were super helpful and very professional. They fixed the problem right away and made sure I was happy with how it was resolved. I really liked how much they cared and how they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Camera purchase
I just got this camera from an online shop and gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went. The site was super easy to use and ordering was a piece of cake. I recently bought the latest iPhone model from an online store and I gotta say, it was a breeze all the way through. I placed my order on a Sunday and got it delivered in just 3 and a half days, pretty amazing. The customer service was awesome, they got back to me super fast and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The phone itself was just as described and has been a great addition to my tech gadgets. DSLR lens

I received a DSLR lens as a gift from Becextech. It arrived in deplorable condition. Apparently their shipping department thought a single layer of bubble wrap wrapped around the original manufacturer box then placed inside a plastic shipping bag is sufficient protection for expensive highly sensitive electronic equipment. To make it even more appalling, though the lens was ordered from a US site, the package came from Hong Kong. When I contacted Becextech, they told me it isn't within their control how the carrier handles the package and that I should file a complaint with the shipping carrier. The carrier didn't mishandle the package. The package was insufficient for cross town shipping let alone shipping INTERNATIONALLY!

I purchased Nikon 35mm with a year warranty and free delivery lense from here. Well i was introduced to this store by my friend who always buys his stuffs from here. He told me to try if i want to buy at good rates
so i did, and i am glad to find that they are not selling faulty stuff, the lense i bought is perfect and work amazing. Best is the price which is way lesser than the market and online stores. here they gave me a good discount which helped me to save money on this
let's see if i try something fro here again in future, but with this it was good experience. also, the site seems trustworthy for me and also offer good services
