Account Lockout Issue
I had a really frustrating situation with my daughter's account - she got locked out because of a technical error on the company's side. We tried to get help from customer service, but haven't heard back at all. It's really disappointing because my daughter put her own money into buying star coins. I'm super unhappy with the service we've gotten and I'd tell others to think twice before signing up with this company.

Gas mask purchase
I bought a gas mask from this company and I really wish I hadn't. The actual product was okay, but their customer service was terrible. It took forever for them to get back to me when I had a question, and when they did, I felt like they were blowing me off. Plus, I discovered that they don't allow returns or exchanges, which definitely makes me wary. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Sweat suit for upcoming event
I bought this sweat suit for this event I got coming up, and man oh man, I was super let down when they straight up canceled the shipment just two days before it was supposed to arrive. Let me tell you, that threw a major wrench in my plans because I was counting on this piece for my outfit. I tried hitting up the company every which way - calling, emailing, chatting - but I couldn't get a good solution. I gotta say, the whole ordeal has left me feeling really annoyed and not too happy with the customer service they got going on.

I liked how y'all kept me in the loop when you got my return, but I did wish I had a tracking number for the new pair. After shooting customer service an email, they got back to me the same day. And believe it or not, I had my new jeans just 3 days later - pretty impressive! All in all, I'm happy with how everything was handled and I'm loving my new jeans.
