Steel-toe shoes
I got those steel-toe shoes in the mail from overseas in just 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are and they seem to be really well-made. They are a little heavier than I thought they would be, but I like how sturdy they feel. I'm already thinking about getting some more of these in the future.

Mismatched Earrings
I got earrings from here that were totally different from each other, and then the replacements they sent me were even put on backward. The first pair I got couldn't even be sent back, which was a letdown. Their customer service was okay, but they really need to step up their quality control game. I'd suggest taking a look at eBay for real pictures of the products before buying.

Elegant bags, quality, excellent finish
The stuff this company makes is really top-notch. The bags are classy and never go out of style. The materials they use are top quality and the craftsmanship is just amazing. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making each bag perfect. I keep coming back for more and will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

The recent updates to the terms of service on different social media sites really shook things up for this social media management tool. They took away a bunch of cool features, which is a bummer. But the platform is staying on top of things to make sure users don't get kicked off for breaking the rules. It's nice to see they're keeping an eye on changes in social media rules and staying ahead of the game.

Jacket
I recently bought a jacket from this brand and it ended up being a bummer. The quality of the jacket was pretty bad, since it started falling apart after I barely even wore it. The pockets started coming off and the zippers looked beat up. When I contacted customer service, they weren't much help at all. They just wanted proof of purchase and warranty info, which didn't even apply since I got it during Covid. Even when I showed them labels that proved the jacket was still pretty new, they weren't willing to work with me. It was really disappointing to see a brand known for its good reputation drop the ball like this. In my experience, other high-end brands really value good customer service, unlike my experience with Spyder. Luckily, there are plenty of other options out there that care about customer satisfaction and product quality.

Auto shipment management
I've bought a few things from this company for auto shipments and I'm having trouble managing my delivery dates. I've been trying to change my auto shipment dates online by emailing them multiple times, but I haven't gotten a good response. Places like Chewy and Amazon let you change auto shipment dates yourself, but Holistapet doesn't have that option. Having to contact customer service every time I need to make a simple change is annoying and inconvenient. I even tried calling the number on the site, but no one picked up. As a customer, I want things to be quick and easy, and Holistapet isn't meeting those expectations.

Quarter heater purchase
My customer service experience was just awful. I had to call so many times about my heater problem, and every time I got stuck talking to these unhelpful reps who acted like they didn't even care. It was beyond frustrating and I felt like they were totally blowing off my concerns.

Airport transfer
I recently got an airport transfer service and it was amazing. Even though my flight was delayed a bunch of times, the support team was super helpful and the driver was already there waiting for me when I exited the airport. The car was really comfy and the driver even helped us find our hotel and walked us to the entrance. Overall, it was a totally stress-free and nice experience.
