I had some issues with my recent order of phone accessories, like getting the wrong items and multiple deliveries. But I have to give props to the company for their amazing customer service in fixing these problems. At first, they were slow to communicate, but they really stepped up and handled everything well. I like how they stuck to their values and made sure I was happy in the end. The products I got were good quality and met my expectations. In the end, I'm happy with how everything turned out, even though it was a bit rough at first.
Studs
They kept me in the loop on my studs and even helped me out with my special request to split the shipment. They were really friendly and the studs are just awesome!
Anamorphic T-series Gold Flare lens purchase
I just bought the Anamorphic T-series Gold Flare lens from this company, and I was really happy with how fast and cheap the delivery was. It was a nice surprise. I could easily track my order using their app, which was convenient. But when I got the lens, I saw a little flaw in the coating. I sent an email to their customer service team and included photos of the problem. They were super helpful and quick in getting a replacement once they confirmed the defect. I'm really impressed with the product and the top-notch customer service from this company. I would definitely suggest them to others.
Camera preorder cancellation
I just had to cancel a camera preorder with Moment, and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! I sent an email asking to cancel, and within 5 minutes, I got a refund notification and confirmation that the cancellation was done. The person I talked to was super friendly and made everything so simple. I really liked how fast they were and how well they treated me. Because of this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back to Moment for more purchases in the future.
35mm camera purchase
I just got a new 35mm camera and I was so excited to use it. But when it arrived, I had trouble loading the film right. I tried to fix it myself, but I ended up calling customer service for help. I lucked out and spoke to a guy named Szabolcs who was super nice and really helpful. He got a new camera shipped to me right away, and it arrived the next day. The replacement camera works great, and I'm thrilled. I can't wait to start taking pictures with it, thanks to Moment's awesome customer service.
Awesome customer service
I felt like the staff really cared about my order and answered my questions super fast. I could tell they pay attention to detail and care about their customers. I'll definitely be ordering from here again because they made me feel so special!
Lens and app purchase
The Moment team was so helpful and knowledgeable - they really knew their stuff and gave me great advice. The app itself is awesome, super easy to use with lots of tutorials to help out. I'm really excited to give the lens a try after reading all those amazing reviews.
Camera order
I bought a camera from y'all almost a year ago, but it still hasn't been shipped. Even though the wait has been long, the customer service team has been really great, especially Meg. She's been super helpful and understanding whenever I've had questions or concerns about my order. Despite the delay, I've been told my order will be handled soon. The team's empathy and care have really impressed me.
First purchase experience
I just bought something from this company for the first time and overall, it was a good experience. The shipping was super fast for one package, but the other one got lost. Preordered camera
I preordered this camera and was so stoked to get it once it was ready. But man, let me tell ya, it wasn't a cakewalk. It took forever for the camera to ship, thanks to everyone and their mom wanting one too. It was super frustrating, to be honest. But props to Moment for keeping me in the loop on where I stood in line and when my camera was finally shipping out. And you know what? The camera got to me earlier than expected, which was a nice little surprise. Despite the hiccup with the delay, I'm pretty dang happy with the camera and super appreciative of Moment for keeping me in the loop.
Split shipment order
I placed an order that got split into two shipments. The first one arrived without an issue, but the second one never showed up. At first, customer service took a while to respond, but once I followed up, everything moved super quickly. The missing part arrived the very next day without me even expecting it. I really appreciate the quick and expert service!
