Arco Lamp review
I was really disappointed with the Arco Lamp I bought. It didn't match up to what I saw on the website at all. The lamp had obvious quality issues - like the arch stem not curving right and the tip looking almost black because of a bad welding job. Also, the connection between the thickest rod and the marble base was loose, only filling half the groove. And the base didn't even seem like real marble, which was a letdown considering how much I spent. All in all, the product fell short of what I was looking for, and I was pretty unhappy with the quality and workmanship.

My parts arrived quickly and right on schedule, just like they promised. I'm really happy with the service I got and will definitely be coming back for more.

Indio Guitars
I bought 6 Indio Guitars as Christmas presents, but I was bummed out when I saw that 5 of them were damaged or not really Indio Guitars even though they had the logo on them. And to top it off, they didn't even have any serial numbers, so I couldn't even check if they were legit or not. Basically, I thought the guitars were pretty low quality and I wasn't happy with what I got.

Sleeping bag purchase
I just bought a sleeping bag from this store and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how everything went down. Finding the product on the website was a breeze and the customer service team was super helpful in helping me pick the best shipping method to get it to me quickly. They kept me in the loop the whole way through and made me feel like a VIP. I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again.

7 t-shirts
This was the absolute WORST experience. I saw that the items run small, so I ordered the next size up. All the shirts were labeled as ordered, but 5 of them were the exact same size physically. My son who wears XL ended up with the 5X shirts and the rest of the items (3X and 4X) only fit my niece who wears Medium/Large
Asked for a refund and was offered $15. Triwd to egotiate and asked for $50 and was offered $20. The language barrier is extremely difficult, and after 7 or so emails, I'm just done with it all. They wanted photos of the items, and then said I took the photos off the website. They recommended I keep the items because of the cost of return shipping, but don't understand that a $15 refund on a $150+ order is not acceptable.
The items took 2 months to arrive, with no status updates provided during that time. I now have 5 useless shirts that will either go to Goodwill, or I will gift to someone 3 sizes smaller than the tag sizes listed. DO NOT ORDER FROM SOULMIA!!
