Just okay: My experience with Revolution Beauty
I've had a mixed experience with Revolution Beauty. On one hand, their products are generally affordable and of decent quality. I've been using their concealer for a while now and it works well for me. They also have a wide range of shades to choose from, which is great.
However, their customer service leaves something to be desired. I had an issue with an order and it took multiple attempts to get a response from them. And even then, the solution they offered was not entirely satisfactory.
Another downside is their online-only business model. I understand that a lot of companies are moving in that direction, but I personally prefer the option to see and test products in person before making a purchase.
All in all, I'd say Revolution Beauty is worth checking out if you're on a budget and don't mind the lack of physical stores. Just be prepared for potential customer service issues.
