Issue with Oceanside/Kitchen Market
I'm really annoyed with the ongoing problems with Oceanside/Kitchen Market on Storenvy. It's frustrating to see that even though customers like Carol and Jake have complained multiple times, Storenvy hasn't done anything about it. The fact that there's been no response or solution to these issues is disappointing and it's definitely impacting my shopping experience on the platform.

Blazer with crooked cuff
I just got a blazer from this store, and man, was I bummed when I saw that one of the sleeves had a messed-up cuff. I had already taken off the tags and missed the return period, but their customer service totally came through for me. I called and talked to a super nice and helpful person who quickly hooked me up with a credit voucher for the full cost, taxes included. They even set up free return shipping for me. I gotta say, their top-notch service has definitely won me over as a customer for life.

Wig giveaway prize
I got this really cool wig as a prize from a store giveaway, and let me tell you, this wig is amazing quality. It's super easy to style and looks fabulous on. I'm really impressed with it and definitely thinking about buying more stuff from this store down the line.
