I signed up for a 7-day trial over the weekend, but I'm still not able to get to any of the content. It seems like the support team is ignoring me, and it's as if all they really care about is getting me to sign up for the auto-renewal. This whole thing just feels like a scam.

Order three times
Man, I gotta say, the customer service at this place is just the worst! They're all like, "Oh, we've got Concierge Customer Service," but let me tell you, that's a big old nope. I placed three orders and every time they hit me with this, "Oops, sorry, we're moving our warehouse and things are delayed." And then they want me to reorder at a lower discount, like that's cool or something. It's totally not fair! Plus, their clothes are only for super tall, super skinny dudes with no muscles, and they shrivel up after one wash. So not worth the big bucks they're asking for! I'm so done with shopping here.

Defective bag
I recently had a really bad experience with their customer service. I bought a bag that turned out to be broken, and when I tried to return it, I was told no because it was bought on sale. On top of that, they wanted me to pay for the return delivery which was £170. So basically, I ended up paying for taxes, duties, delivery, and return delivery for something that I couldn't even get my money back for. It was a frustrating and disappointing situation that really made me upset with their service. My advice is to shop at other places like Matches for a better time.

Shoes and clothing purchase
I just bought a pair of shoes and some clothes from this company, and I've got to say, I was really happy with how good the stuff was. But, I did have a problem with the size of the shoes I got for my son. Even so, the customer service was fantastic. They were super quick to help me out and did everything they could to fix the issue. I really like that they gave me a discount code and free shipping for my next order, and they even sent a free pair of shoes to replace the ones that didn't fit.

West End Jacket and Wool Saloon-Tweed Warm vest
I recently bought the West End Jacket and Wool Saloon-Tweed Warm vest from Beotyshow. Overall, I was happy with the quality of the items. The jacket fit nicely and had a cool design that I really liked. However, after wearing it just a few times, one of the buttons fell off, which was a bummer. Also, the vest I got was supposed to be gray but ended up being more of a light brown color. The buttons on the vest were brown too, which didn't really match. And the lining of the vest was light blue, which was a bit unexpected. Despite these small issues, I found both items comfy to wear and decent quality.

Yoga class experience
The yoga class I went to was really something else. The teacher really broke down the moves and how they affect your body. I'm new to this, so I had some trouble keeping up, but I gave it my all. Despite that, I had a good time and I learned a lot. The only bummer was that I didn't realize the class was going to be nearly two hours long instead of the usual one hour.
