The product package I got was so flimsy and cheap. It tore right open and everything leaked out, damaging my stuff. That's in addition to the processing time. I wonder if the 98% guarantee is accurate, or just a hook to trap you. Also, there is no cancelation allowed for custom orders. I will upload the tracking info once, and if, the package arrives.
