Gaming chair
I just bought a gaming chair from this company and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. I had a problem with the chair, even though it was past the warranty period. I almost didn't bother contacting customer service because of that, but they actually got back to me within a day of my email. We went back and forth a few times through email, and after showing them my proof of purchase, they offered me a really fair fix for my issue. I can't say enough good things about this company - they've got great products and even better customer service. I definitely recommend them.

Ninja Coffee Maker Water Reservoir Replacement
The water reservoir on my coffee maker broke and I had to get a new one. Unfortunately, I could only find it on the company's website. I placed the order, thinking I would only have to pay the $20 for shipping. But no, after I put in my credit card info, they hit me with a $175 extra charge for shipping to Puerto Rico. I tried to cancel the order multiple times, but they wouldn't budge. It was so frustrating to see such a huge increase in shipping costs for a small part. Shipping to Puerto Rico shouldn't be more expensive than shipping within the US. Overall, the whole thing was a letdown and I felt like the company tricked me with their shipping rules and bad customer service.

Box Set Purchase
I just got this box set for a mystery weekend with my friend, and let me tell you, I was blown away. It had a bunch of boxes with tough puzzles and codes that kept us on our toes for hours. We kept going back to earlier boxes as we tried to solve the mystery, which made it even more exciting. I can't wait for the next mystery weekend and to start Season Two for another wild ride.

My experience with the customer service rep in the USA was awesome. They were super quick to respond even though they were all the way in Egypt and they gave me the help I needed. And even when the call got cut off, they were the ones to call me back. Booking my trip was easy, especially since I'm new to all this travel stuff. All in all, it was a great first time. Selling red robin gift card
Man, I had this red robin gift card that I didn't really need, so I discovered this site where I could sell it. It was surprisingly simple - just entered my info and they did this strange $1 hold thing. But, it all worked out and I actually got paid within an hour! I was a little worried at first because of all the negative reviews, but I decided to take a risk and it totally worked out. I ended up with an Amazon gift card and didn't lose much money at all. Feeling pretty happy about it!

OMG, when I ordered this stuff, it was like BAM, it showed up at my house so fast! And when I unboxed it, I was like, whoa, this smells so amazing, I could smell it all day long! The packaging was gorgeous, like a gift to myself. And you know what? It actually worked, just like they promised! I was completely blown away, couldn't believe my own eyes!

Abs Connect with App
I just upgraded from my old version of abs connect and man, what a difference! The app is super easy to use and it's like it was made specifically for my iPhone 7 Plus. I've tried something similar before, but this one is really top-notch in terms of how well it works. Of course, it's not a quick fix - you gotta do other exercises too to really see results. And I gotta say, I was thrilled with how fast it got delivered to me, plus I got a discount code too. When I need new pads, I'll probably just order some conductive gel online instead.

Snowboarding gear purchase
I just bought some snowboarding gear from this online store. Ordering on their website was super easy - the site was easy to use and checking out was a breeze. 3 Pairs of Shoes
These shoes are absolutely junk! I am disgusted with myself for even purchasing them. I wish Instagram wouldn't advertise things like this! Now I'm trying to get my money back which I doubt will happen.
Waited over two months to receive this. It was a TOTAL FAKE. Cheap plastic boot. Nothing like the photos or what they described. Don't waste your money. I would buy from Walmart but Shoessee!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They do not honor return refunds even when you return an item and they promise it. I am out $25 plus the return cost. Its a scam!Material is cheap and when I tried to return the item which they said was ok . I returned the item at the PO the same day I received a an email saying the return items needed to be returned to CHINA with a label or they wouldn't refund. Even though i returned the item to the package address they are not giving me a refund. I am very unhappy with this company STAY AWAY

After ordering clothing, which took forever to get to me, they came one at a time from CHINA via West coast distributors.
The dress was the cheapest material I've ever seen, paper thin, pockets were not sewn together and was nothing like the picture showed.
Blouses were described as V-Neck and were Not V-Neck at all and were sewn so strange that the fit was uncomfortable.
Shorts were supposed to be a large and were more like a Small/Medium.
The only thing that I was happy with was the shoes.
Then to get a refund is a joke... you end up paying shipping and all export fees and wait months to get your money back, so they offer you a 15% back, which they know you will opt for verses other option, and you end up with clothing you can not wear, nor would give to anyone.

Revolution Plus for Cats
I am astounded at all the negative reviews, and given some of the identical headings, I wonder at the authenticity of some of them.My experience was fantastic. I ordered a years supply for two cats in June. The product was IDENTICAL to that which I had purchased at from my vet ( and waaaay cheaper). Product package was authentic. Product was identified as made in USA and listed Zoetis Australia Pty Ltd with corporate offices in New SouthWales, Australia. There is a Zoetus USA website for veterinarians only. The company is legit. The product arrived in less than two weeks, which was much faster than I expected given the COVID-19 chaos. It shipped from Canada as noted on the export labeling. In the past (NOT from Canada Pet Care) I have ordered Revolution and received a product made by Pfizer in Germany and shipped from the UK. I have no problems with meds from a major German drug company made for the UK and European market.

Wipes
Ordered alcohol wipes over 2 months ago. They refuse to cancel or refund my order. They can't even tell me where it is. 0 rating would be my choice. Website looked like it was from UK, not it's China.
I ordered the alcohol wipes, too. Like you, I have never received them. May 23, I contacted them, because according to my shipping information, it looked like my order was being retuned to them. They said, "Oh no, it just has not cleared customs." I waited, even though very skeptical. I checked the shipping information again, and it clearly states, "Item returned to shipper." It was the same date I first contacted them! I emailed them and told them they lied, and provided a screenshot for proof. They never responded, nor refunded my money! BIG SCAM!
I am in the same boat. Ordered wipes 3 months ago and have received nothing. They say it hasn’t cleared customs. Won’t refund my money. I will never receive this order. STAY AWAY, this place is a SCAM.
