5Pair Shoes
I ordered 5-pair of shoes on 8/24/22
I received confirmation on 8/24/22
I was emailed again on 8/24 advising me that my the shoes on my order were being produced
A charge of $1,597.50 appeared on my VISA Credit Card.
On 9/8/22, I received an email from Dapper Lane stating as follows;
"...we are unable to proceed with your recent order as the payment processor (Stripe) has withheld your funds from reaching Dapper Lane."
"We have processed a refund from our end. Please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to be reflected on your end."
As of 12/8/22, NO credit has been issued to my credit card... I have followed up with 2-emails and one phone call and have yet to receive a return email or return phone call from ANYONE at Dapper Lane regarding this issue...
I would not recommend doing business with this website as I do not believe it to be legit nor reputable...I have had NO REPLIES to my inquiries requesting information on the credit that was supposed to appear on my credit card.

I was thinking to order day and night duo but after reading all these reviews about not getting the delivery within a reasonable time (also one review says the cream was half empty !), I am afraid to order one for me. Despite the current condition, there should be a reasonable delivery process like Amazon who are never delayed. Sorry, I will wait until I see some good reviews on your delivery process.

AMAZING products. Took a while to receive as they were imported (understandable). I love, love, love these products and they are the only products that I will use for as long as they are available for purchase!
