Valentino bag purchase
I just bought this really gorgeous designer bag that I'd had my eye on for a while. The color I wanted wasn't available nearby, but the customer service team was so helpful. They sent me pictures of the bag so I could see the color for real before deciding. I really appreciated how quickly they answered my emails and how they helped me through the ordering process. There were some hiccups with email stuff, but the DHL shipping was super fast, and I got my bag just two days after it was picked up. Even though another store had the same bag for less money, I went with Baltini because of their great customer service reputation. I heard some bad things about the other store's service. I'll definitely be back to shop with Baltini again - I'm really happy with how things went this time around.
