Review about: Neiman Marcus
Return label issue
Neiman Marcus has the worst customer service ever. I've been trying to get a return label for 2.5 months and still haven't gotten it. Every time I reach out to them, they say they'll help me with my return, but nothing happens. I'm so frustrated with the lack of help from this store and I'll never shop here again. I'm definitely going to tell my family and friends to stay away from Neiman Marcus.

This app is amazing! It does everything it promises, and it does it so well! The customer service is fantastic too! They got back to me really quickly, even when I had a lot of questions. The person who helped me was super friendly and explained how to use the app properly. I seriously love this app, and their customer service is top-notch!

My Soundboxs batteries crapped out on me, so I reached out to customer service. They were on it right away and offered to send me a new one since it was still under warranty. I gotta say, I'm really grateful for the top-notch service from Soundboxs! Good customer service like that is hard to come by nowadays.

Electric scooter purchase
The electric scooter I bought from this company was top-notch, but what really got me was the customer service. The staff was so professional and friendly, it really impressed me. Cindy, in particular, went the extra mile to help me out with a problem I had with my order. She handled it super fast and did a fantastic job, showing how dedicated she is to her work. Keep it up, Cindy!

Face wash and serum
You know what? I seriously don't get why some people only gave this place a 3.5-star rating. My skin is the WORST. It's super sensitive and acne-prone - why can't it just behave normally? It's oily but then gets dry like a desert if I use the wrong stuff. I've tried SO many products and nothing seemed to work. Regular face washes would just dry me out more and give me even more acne - those big volcano pimples that are gross. But then, I found this place through an ad on Instagram (shoutout to targeted ads for being helpful). I got the face wash and serum, and let me tell you, after just a week, my acne scars were actually getting lighter. I was SHOCKED looking in the mirror. And after 3 months, no big pimples on my face. It was like magic. I'm into science, so I was skeptical about the ingredients and all that, but man, it actually worked for me. My skin didn't freak out at all, which is a miracle because my skin freaks out at everything. Fast forward almost 2 years, and I'm still using their stuff and my skin has never been better. Seriously, this place is amazing. I've been telling all my friends about it and I'm not gonna stop because it's honestly a game-changer. You gotta check it out, trust me.

Seems to be a common occurance. I cancelled as soon as I could to avoid being charged. Then $410nzd suddenly withdrawn from my account unauthorised.

Chunky Cardigan in beige
I received it as Christmas present, I was waiting for it since monthes and it definitely worth it! Amazing wool, super soft and comfortable! Definitely the best cardigan in my wardrobe! Thank you so much for your amazing service! I need moreeeeeeee ❤️! No negative points, everything amazing!

Ordered jumpsuit on 9-30-2020. Needed for birthday dinner in vegas. Outfit arrived after trip was ended on 10-26.. was too big. Material itchy and uncomfortable. When I asked for refund I was told I could not be helped and there's nothing they can do. Total waste of my time n money.
