Pre-ordered 3 items
I ordered three items back in February and was excited to get them in May. Waited patiently for them to come back in stock. Checked with customer service to see where my order was at, they said it'd be shipped soon. But when the package got here today, only one item was in there. The packing slip and email said all three items were shipped, but only one actually came. This mix-up is not cool and kind of let me down with their service.

Bracelet
I just bought a bracelet from this company, and I gotta tell ya, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. My card kept getting declined when I tried to order online, even though I knew I had the cash to cover it. When I reached out to customer service for help, the person I talked to didn't really seem like they cared about fixing things and just told me to call my bank. After talking to my bank, they said the problem was on the company's end. I was pretty frustrated and not impressed with how professional they were.
