I placed an order that never showed up, seriously. It's been so long and I'm so frustrated. I reached out to them but got no response to my emails. They refunded some of my money but not all of it. Then they canceled the rest of my order without an explanation. It's just so rude, you know? I don't even want the last item now because it was meant to go with the first one. Ugh, looks like I'll have to contact my bank about this whole situation.

This app is terrible! It doesn't show storage locations, the map is completely messed up, and I had to wander around with my heavy bag forever. The live chat was no help at all. I only located the place because my Airb&b host knew where it was. And they close for lunch, seriously?! Please step up your game!
