    Mystery order unfulfilled

    I placed an order that never showed up, seriously. It's been so long and I'm so frustrated. I reached out to them but got no response to my emails. They refunded some of my money but not all of it. Then they canceled the rest of my order without an explanation. It's just so rude, you know? I don't even want the last item now because it was meant to go with the first one. Ugh, looks like I'll have to contact my bank about this whole situation.

    Today, I had a great conversation with Emily over at customer service. She was super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Emily really went the extra mile to make sure I understood all the products and services they have to offer. She was so friendly and welcoming, it made me feel like a valued customer. I'm really glad she took the time to address all my concerns in detail. Thanks to Emily's amazing service, I feel confident about doing business with this company.     Recent CPAP mask purchase

    I just bought a CPAP mask and I have to say, I am really impressed with the variety and prices at this online store. Ordering was easy and straightforward. The equipment came quickly and in great shape. I did have a problem with the mask I got at first, but the customer service team was amazing and helped me exchange it.     Two solar power units with folding panels

    I bought two solar power units with folding panels from this company, and man, I gotta tell ya, I am truly disappointed. One of them crapped out on me not long after I got it, and let me tell you, their customer service is a total mess. They told me to send the unit back, but they forgot to give me the right paperwork for shipping a lithium battery. It was a pain just trying to talk to them, and even after they got the unit back at their place, they keep dragging their feet on fixing it and never give me any updates unless I bug them about it.

    Photo editing software purchase

    The customer support lady, Christine, really knew her stuff and was super helpful when I needed help with all my questions. But man, I gotta say, I was pretty let down by their photo editing software. It was buggy, glitchy, and didn't have all the features I needed for my projects. To top it off, when I let them know how bummed I was, they only offered me a partial refund and wouldn't give me the full refund I asked for, which just ain't cool. I was really hoping for better quality and service from them.

    First trunk order

    Man, I was so excited to try out this styling service and I ordered my first trunk. But then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying my account got flagged and they couldn't help me anymore. What's up with that? I didn't even get an explanation for why they did that, and on top of it all, they wouldn't even refund my styling fee. I didn't even get to try out their styling service, so why should I lose out on my money? I used my own info to sign up and order, so this doesn't make any sense. Now my trunk is just sitting in a local FedEx office, waiting to be sent back. This whole thing feels like a scam!

    Flight cancellation

    I had booked a flight to Hanoi, Vietnam for December 19, 2023 but had to cancel because of a visa problem. When we reached out to customer service to cancel, it's been like 3-5 months and still no refund. We've called multiple times and keep getting different stories and no clear idea of when we'll get our money back. Even when a manager stepped in, we're still not getting a good answer. It seems like the company is intentionally making it tough for customers to get their refunds.
