Subscription coffee under filled
I was really surprised when I found out that the coffee I was getting through my subscription was always coming up short. It looks like Trade is trying to save money by not filling the bags properly, even when the packaging says it should have more. When I got in touch with customer service, they owned up to it but said they were talking about it. They offered me a credit for my next purchase, but what I really wanted was just some upfront honesty about what was going on. After waiting a month for a response, I decided to cancel my subscription. I've also been telling other people to do the same, especially after reading the discussions on r/coffee on Reddit.
