Customer service has been great in their responses. I've had problems with getting the coffee to brew in my Keurig so I have to leave. The coffee is great (when it brews like it's supposed to). I think the pods need a little more work!
Sample box
I absolutely love the medium and heroic that was included in my sample box. I am hooked. When I ran out, I went back to my old coffee (Dunkin) and it tasted terrible. I’m staying with Tayst!
Starter box
I canceled my subscription for Tayst, yet somehow they were able to charge me anyway. It's FRAUD and I will fight it.
Sadly, I might have bought from them again in the future but not after this! Buyers beware!$8 trial
Can not cancel account , email them and they said do it on the web site and the web site said to email them . DO NOT BUY . I will call the credit call company today to stop all payments to Tayst Coffee .
Monthly subscription of coffee pods
I signed up for this monthly subscription service to support a small business. Unfortunately, that didn't work out so well for me. The coffee is just ok. I was fine with that because I was trying to support small business. They don't allow subscriptions to be cancelled but you are supposed to be able to "pause" them indefinitely. This means nothing though, because they continue to send you coffee & charge you. As the other reviewer mentioned, it is impossible to get in touch with a real person for any type of customer service. ... I will be contacting my credit card company regarding this fraud.
