Coupon confirmation lied — watch out
their order confirmation can’t be trusted. I ordered a few things I use around the house (coffee, paper towels, little pantry staples) and applied coupons at checkout. Confirmation email said the coupons were accepted and showed the lower total. Fast forward: package arrives, receipt inside shows a higher charge. I called and got mixed answers. First they said only one coupon allowed. Then another rep said I’d already used one coupon in the past. Which is it?
