Online cookware purchase
I recently bought some cookware from this company online, and while the products were good quality, I was really let down by their customer service. It's clear to me that customer service should be more important than the actual products because it has a big impact on the overall experience. I tried talking to managers and even the leadership, but they didn't seem to care much about customer satisfaction. I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and accountability from the leadership team. It felt like they were more interested in blaming the customers instead of fixing real problems. I suggest that anyone thinking about buying from this company should think twice, as they don't seem to care much about what their customers need or want.

Video SDK purchase
I had a really bad experience with the Video SDK I bought from this company. The software was full of bugs and glitches, which made it super hard to use. The documentation they gave me was not clear at all, so I had to figure everything out on my own. The worst part was that when I asked for help, their customer support was basically non-existent. It took days for them to get back to me, and when they finally did, their responses were not helpful. Overall, dealing with this company was a total letdown and incredibly frustrating.

Petronas jacket for Christmas gift
I got my family member a Petronas jacket for Christmas because he's a huge fan and it looked so nice on him. But then I found out I had to pay not only postage and packaging but also a warehouse fee. Like, what?? I've never heard of that before and it was a bummer. Formula One has enough money already, they don't need to charge extra fees on top of everything. Think about us regular people, please!

I ordered a dress on 12 October and I did not received it until today. I requested information and refund, it was denied based on no availability of information from logistic company. If anyone would like to make a class action suit please let me know, I am filling a dispute with lawyers based on their inappropriate funds usage and keeping my money without reasonable justification and no item received.

Fit: A little bit bigger than I expected. I am usually a medium, but this was a bit baggier. That might be intended though. So if you like things a bit loose then I’d say go for your regular size. If not, *perhaps* go one size smaller.
