Order made for expensive gear
So, I got a bunch of stuff from this place, right? Everything was cool until this one time. I ordered this super fancy gear that was supposed to be used but in great condition and a really good price. After I paid, I got my receipt. Then they were like, "Hey, for just a little more money, you can get a brand new one instead!" And I was like, "Okay, sure!" So, I got the gear and it looks brand new. But then I wanted a receipt that said it was new in case I wanted to sell it later on. But they were like, "No, our system can't do that." And it was kind of lame, you know? So, I never got the right receipt. Other than that, everything was good, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

We found this cool little piece of art online, never bought art that way before. When it showed up, we were blown away. It was handmade, so textured and looked so nice. It was easy to hang up and fit perfectly in our place. Getting 30% off was a nice bonus too, got us thinking about getting more art as we keep decorating our new place.

I gotta admit, I was kinda worried at first when I didn't get any shipping updates for a few days after I got my confirmation email. As someone who has used this company, I want to warn others to avoid their services. The lack of communication, bad customer service, and overall disrespect towards customers is just terrible. Even though I only placed a small order, I kept getting tons of promotional emails without any info on my purchase. When I finally asked about my order, I was just told to wait and felt brushed off. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not okay, so I recommend being careful if you're thinking about working with this company.

Expensive but good support
Hey, I gotta tell you about this thing I bought. It cost me a pretty penny, but the customer service was really nice. The item was pretty loud and felt kinda cheap considering the price. It kept vibrating and making all sorts of irritating sounds throughout the night. And let's not even talk about the bedsheet - it's so heavy and takes forever to dry. Ugh, what a bummer.

Panther Collection Bracelets
I bought these Panther Collection bracelets from this store not long ago, and man, I gotta say - big letdown. These bracelets seemed all fancy and nice, but honestly, they were not worth the dough. The magnets on them were puny and weak, couldn't even hold up the weight of the bracelets right, so they kept slipping off. The clasp didn't do its job either, couldn't keep the bracelets on and they just kept coming apart. The whole thing was a mess, just two pieces connected by this flimsy metal piece in the middle, no real security to it. One part fell off in my car, the other disappeared in the trunk. I lost a bunch of these bracelets already 'cause the magnets wouldn't stay closed, and now I'm worried it's gonna happen again. Bottom line, I'm really bummed out about how poorly these bracelets were put together.

"Gold" supplement for rest and relaxation
I had a really bad time with the customer service at this company. The people I talked to were super rude and not professional at all. I had to wait forever to get help, and when they finally did talk to me, they didn't seem to care about my problems at all. One of the reps even said something mean about me, which was just not cool. The boss did say sorry about it, but it was too little, too late. Oh, and watch out for the "Gold" relaxation product - some folks have said it gives them stomach pains. When I called back to complain about it, the person I spoke to, I think his name was Pablo, didn't seem sorry at all. He just mentioned they knew about the stomach issues with the product, but didn't offer to make things right or even say sorry.

Picture book printing
The process of customizing my book was easy and the pictures came out great. But, the biggest problem for me was that there are dents on almost every page. It looks like the book may have been mishandled during assembly. I was also disappointed to see that the title was only on the dust cover and not on the actual book itself. That issue isn't as big of a deal compared to all the dents and bends on most of the pages.

I just bought this amazing clutch and scarf from this company and I have to say, I am seriously impressed with how high-quality they are. The clutch has really sturdy hardware and the scarf is made of such luxurious fabric that feels incredible against my skin. That seems really sketchy and makes me question if this company is even legit. Your safety, both physically and financially, should always come first when you're making purchases online.
