    I really don't like leaving negative reviews. But I need to write this to warn other potential consumers to be wary of this site. The reason I would not recommend this store is not because of the clothing items. They are in fact beautiful and well crafted, the two items of the three from my order that I did receive (I’ll get into that) are very well made and beautiful pieces. HOWEVER, the complete lack of customer service leaves me wondering if anyone is actually running this store. The ineptitude to respond to emails, private messages, and phone calls has left me extremely frustrated and out of options.

    My original order I had placed was three items. Everything was going well until I received an email stating that one of the items I purchased (the Effie Body suit) has now been discontinued and they no longer carry that item. So I was offered the options of exchanging the unavailable item for a new one, or receiving a partial refund for that item. I responded the next day after receiving that email that I would love to exchange the item. One week later with no response I decided to email again. Two weeks after the first email sent I reached out to their other email they have listed on their Facebook page. Again, nothing. I instead tried to call the phone number listed. No one picked up and you cannot even leave a voicemail because they do not have a mailbox set up. I tried calling a few more times over the course of a couple days with still no one picking up. I then sent them a private Facebook message hoping they would respond there. All I received back was an automated message saying they’d get back to me… They never did. After sending yet another email stating I would now like a partial refund for my third piece I never received (by this point I had received my first two items purchased in the mail) and hearing nothing yet again I have decided to leave this review in hopes they see it and maybe give me my money back.

    You cannot as a business not respond to customers. Especially when it comes to something as important as their order or a refund! The bar has been set so low for their customer service that any response would be a step up. Furthermore, when you say an item has since been discontinued and you no longer sell it, WHY then is that very same item STILL listed on your website for people to purchase? The first thing you should do as a company when an item is no longer in production is to at least take it off the site so people do not try to purchase the item. You can go to their site and look up this item (Effie Body), it is still there and able to be purchased. That is completely unacceptable.

    I would highly recommend people to stay away from this store, because if you have ANY and I mean ANY sort of problem with your order, you will never hear from them. You can try emailing them, calling them, and messaging them multiple times, but you will never get any kind of response.

    Instead, find the designers they work with. They have them listed on their website. You can find the piece you like on their site, look for who the designer is and google that designer. Odds are they have their own website so you can buy from them directly. I have already done this and most do have their own stores, so I would save yourself the trouble and hassle of dealing with a company that doesn't care about its customers and instead go that route.

    Again I hate leaving negative reviews, but I needed to put this out there so no one else has to deal with the frustration I've dealt with trying to get any sort of response from this store. Very disappointed.

And then, on top of that, they said they gave me a refund, but I never got it. When I tried to get in touch with their customer service, turns out the only way to talk to them is through email. That lack of communication and unprofessionalism is just not cool.

    I just picked up a new appliance and it's pretty neat. It actually came earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. I'm not sure why I had to pay for delivery when there wasn't any other choice, but the price was still better here than anywhere else. All in all, it was a good experience getting my new appliance from this store.

    This company is a scam. I had very similar experiences to the ones described by others here and on other websites. I should have used their cancellation policy as a huge warning on how they do business. I have sent 7+ emails to the company to track progress on my order as they have not communicated anything helpful. Then they stopped responding to messages. If this is how they treat customers, how do they treat their employees? They told me the same thing described here, production issues, my items made it to quality control. It has been over two months. Of course as soon as they are reported to my credit card platform and their payment platform, they are pretending to magically make progress on my order to hold onto my money. They do no live by a single value they preach. I have never had such a terrible experience. I placed my order over two months ago and have nothing to show for it. I do not think they ever intended to try to send anything, but we’re happy accept my money to plan their inauthentic Instagram content. DO NOT GIVE THEN MONEY, unless you are into making donations to other families. It’s pretty wild that they are able to stay on such a reputable payment platform with the way they do business.

    I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I went with this company based on word of mouth; I work for an ophthalmologist so I was elated to hear of a place that could fill Rx's for a decent price with great styles. However, this all became a huge nightmare... After receiving my order, that first day I knew immediately something was wrong with the lenses. I could only see through the center; every area of peripheral vision was distorted/warped/blurry (meaning I have the wrong shaped lenses). I contact the company trying to see if I made a mistake when ordering; after providing my original glasses Rx request, I was told "we have customized the lens for you according to your original RX" then tried to have me test to see if the Rx was correct? I confirmed that the Rx was correct, but something was wrong with the lenses, asked if maybe the PD (pupillary distance) was the reason for the issue in the larger frames? Was again told "we are sorry, but you have the Rx you ordered"... I repeat again I know it is not the Rx, but the lenses themselves that are the issue. I verified with my ophthalmologist that the Rx was correct and had them check out the lenses... they are spheric (which is causing the whole problem I am having) not aspheric (as I ordered). I present the company with this information and am told "we checked your order and found that you bought aspherical lenses", to which I replied "I am aware that is what I purchased, but that is not what I received. If I had aspherical lenses, then what is causing the distortion? I need new glasses made, I'll ship these back and pay any difference"; their response "sorry, what do you mean? are our lenses bent? can you send a picture for us?"... By this point I just want this taken care of and am at my wits end. I again explain the problem, tell them my ophthalmologist verified the problem, and that I am requesting either new lenses be sent out to me, or an exchange of whole product in which I will pay for any difference in price; I just want to be able to use my glasses. After waiting a whole day, I get a response of "sorry, there is no problem with our lenses, maybe the frame is too big for you, you can change to a smaller frame"... at this point I am completely done with them and in so many words express how dissatisfied I am with their lack of customer service and care. This isn't just some accessory, or clothing product, this is for people's vision for Christ's sake! You shouldn't have to battle with them to get something corrected that you know for a fact is wrong. Terrible customer service, waste of time and money; STAY AWAY! Go someplace that will take the time to listen to their customers and treat them well, this company is clearly just in it for the money. Will never order from them again.

    I'm willing to put forth receipts screenshots emails & whatever else I can to prove that zitobox is a scam. They say they are located in Florida. Florida happens to be where a large percentage of oversea businesses claim to be located. I'm working on gathering more substantial evidence to support this. You see here in America there are no laws protecting Americans from cybercrime. Cybercrime is commited by criminals. But because these criminals are located in Florida AKA !ND!a as well as a few other countries that I'm sure I don't have to mention. Look zitobox isn't a single entity. It's part of a much larger one. And I'd like nothing more than to lay it out what it is that I have come to realize is going on. But this isn't the place. Public reviews aren't actually for the consumers. Because the fact is it takes effort to check the BBB or USreviews. US does that stand for United States? Or us as in you and me?the consumers that may have checked first before (keyword) PURCHASING something from someone's somewhere or like myself had to have a nasty experience before I looked into .... LoL people these days just don't make.the effort because there is some dirtbag activity going on around us and to the rest of the world we are fair game. And I don't mean the entire rest of the world. But I am very disturb to know that it's against American law to commit cybercrime around the world. America will prosecute Americans for doing so. But like I said we're fair game to the rest of the world for whom ever chooses to exploit us scam us decieve us cheat us traffic us ETC etc etc and so forth I'm sure you get it.
    I'm angry. But underneath it all I'm just very disappointed that there isn't any way to escape reality for a little bit. You know? I'm sure that plenty of you who will read this will be able to relate. I don't believe that anybody goes thru life without experiences of grief or trauma. Just saying whatever the case maybe there's very few reasons why anyone finds zitobox appealing in the first place. Just saying.

    I am kicking myself now...
    I actually read some pretty negative reviews before ordering, but they had so many cute (appearing) items at reasonable prices, that I went ahead and ordered anyway. What a mistake!
    Quality on most of the items (that actually delivered, after several times in transit) was pretty poor. To the point that the bracelet was supposed to say, "Where there is a will, there is a way" and it's just a bunch of "theres a way" strung together! A "shawl" that looked like it would fit a human in the photo on the website, came and it would fit a small doll or dog, for that matter...actually quality not even good enough for my dog!
    When I tried to address the quality issues and either a return or exchange, I was met with these "accessories" are non-returnable, so I'm basically out of luck on 4 of the items that I purchased. I even told them that their lack of customer service was upsetting and I was going to give them a negative review and they made no attempts to provide ANY service to me.
    So, lessons learned! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Not worth the hassles that you will undoubtedly will face!

    Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

    My recommendation is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON 4WINKEY Windows Password Key.

    I'd give it zero stars if possible. I purchased Windows Password Key to unlock a Window 7 machine, paid for the upgrade for USB. Once I had downloaded the app, insert the USB and fired up the machine NOTHING HAPPENED...... I rebooted the system several time and still nothing, tried to contact the company, did not receive a response for a couple days.... The company sent me separate instruction stating the system may need to be rebooted several times; AND, it would be good if I could first remove the existing account, IF I HAD ACCESS TO MANAGE ACCOUNTS I WOULD NOT BE PURCHASING A PASSWORD RESET TOOL….. I could not wait for the company to get around to responding so purchased iSunshare Windows Password Genius, this app worked like a charm...     Really wish you could give negative ratings. The software does not filter correctly, dies after 24 hours and the only thing worst that the software is their lack of support. Really wish I had used Credit card instead of PayPal so I could dispute the charge easier. Don't waste your time or money on this product. ** add-on** after uninstalling the software my Microsoft Edge would no longer launch, why would this software effect Edge? Then I remembered this is a Chinese Company and my data may be getting reported back to the Chinese Government - Dangerous. I restored my computer from a backup prior to the install and now I am off to change all password! Again not worth the time or money.

    First of all the company make some fantastic claims about this software being able to crack all passwords from all versions of excel. As an IT administrator we recently had an issue whereby a user had set a password on an excel 2010 file,they could not remember it. I read the reviews for PassFab so decided to give it a try. First off they will only let you purchase as long as you accept the automated recurring charge (you have no choice) Secondly the software is useless I have tried to use to crack this password which by the way we know is NOT a strong password but it fails on multiple counts. It ran for a full weekend allegedly trying in excess of 32 million times to crack what we know to be a simple password. It failed. We tried again multiple times using different computers and it failed. What is really poor about this software is that there are no reports to show you whether it as achieved even a partial cracking of the password it just terminates with no feedback and you have to start again. I have given up with this one and my honest opinion is save yourself the money and look elsewhere. I will of course be cancelling the recurring fees with the payment source.

    I am very disappointed with my experience using Passfab for Word. The money spent is inconsequential. The time spent is! My client had forgotten his 8-character, simple password. It was a seven-character, all lower-case English word with the humeral one at the end. This program could not crack it using the simple "dictionary Attack" method. I figured OK, that's to be expected, especially if it's more complex. So I tried the "Brute Force Attack" method which took several days over several re-starts - it uses a lot of CPU power - to no avail. It never did crack the password. My friend discovered the it via a ransom scam!

    Sorry any of you are having problems but we received our order in 12 days in Washington State.. Beautiful suit and fits the wife beautiful. She is a size 12 and ordered a size 12. It is very reveiling for a one piece maybe thats why a review says the cup size is too small. It's deep V cut and non supportive so look at the pics maybe you shouldn't buy the deep V in the first place and go with one of the others.We ordered 2 from Amazon that fit like garbage and 3 from Chinese based Rotita and They still have not came 3 weeks later.

    DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you don’t need your suit for a month. You know the size you order will fit. Customer service is a joke you cannot send back your item with the address return that was on the package you have to email them they get back to you asking questions about why you want to return but still will not give you the address where to send it back to. I’m screwed because the suit does not fit I don’t want it I don’t like it I want my money back but for some reason they won’t tell when how I can make this happen. Oh and BTW you have 15 days and it’s been over a week know trying to just get the return address out of them. Their a scam!

    I ordered dresses from this company and I received no order confirmation. The dresses do not fit and they are not allowing me to return them without an order number. Several emails, all that don’t answer how I can return the items. A SCAM

    I ordered swim suit May 30th. It’s now July 7th. Still don’t have suit and emails are worthless. I should have checked reviews first. Now I have to go to my bank to write a report to get my money back.

    I have ordered from this company May 2nd and have not received my swimsuits yet. Their answer at customer service was that due to the coronavirus shippings were late and airports not open.     I bought two swimsuits ( I am a size 12/14 U.K.) I bought large as I did not want a tight fit. They were both short on the body ( I am 5ft 2in) trying to fasten the clip on the back , there was about a four inch gap, I had to sew elastic onto the clip. With most companies I would order a medium , how on earth can you call your size large? I measured it and the bust was six 34in! Would never buy again and too much hassle to send back.

    I bough two suits from this company. I wasn't sure at first and should have gone with my first instinct but I ended up ordering anyway. The package came with a reasonable amount of time but my main problem is that the two products that I ordered were NOT in the package. I purchase the suits that came in the mail and not only that, they do NOT fit!!! I am definitely not a small. LOL. they are cute but unfortunately they don't fit. I want my product.     I purchased face shields & never received.

    The only positive for this company I have was the pricing. I cannot rate quality/product because I never received the product but they certainly took my money. I ordered in March, it is May and I have not even received a tracking number. I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. The only way to contact at this time is via Live chat and that is deplorable. All I wanted to know was the status of my order or to get a refund and that is not even possible. I was #2 in the que to possibly chat with someone this morning and oh the excitement I had. Right when I dropped to the next in line the chat said I had to reconnect and it dropped my all the way to 99 in the que. I am absolutely LIVID. I have absolutely NOTHING nice to say about this company, more specifically their CUSTOMER SERVICE if that is what you want to call it. I would definitely not recommend this company.

    The price is so cheap because their products are made in China! Bunch of crap. I will never buy again.
