Watch Purchase
I bought this awesome watch from the company and it's really great. But I had a sketchy situation with their customer info security. Right after I bought it, some scammer tried pulling a fast one on me, acting like they were from the company and asking for my credit card deets. It got me worried about the safety of the personal info I gave them. I'm thankful for their apology, but I wish they did more to fix this security issue. Even though I love the product, I'm not sure about buying from them again in the future.

Disappointing Booking Experience
I wouldn't recommend going with this company. The place we reserved was a huge disappointment all the way through. When we got there, we saw a messy property that looked nothing like the pictures online. The absence of simple things like wifi made it hard for me to get any work done while we were there, which was really annoying. The whole place was subpar - hardly any decorations and the furniture was not comfy at all. Even the way the bedrooms were set up didn't give us much privacy. We had to fork out more money to find somewhere else to stay since this spot just wasn't cutting it for us.

Lost package issue
I recently had a frustrating experience with my order from 2Fdeal. My package somehow got lost in transit and when I reached out to customer service, they weren't really helpful and didn't solve the problem. They just kept telling me to ask my neighbors, which felt like they were saying I couldn't handle a simple delivery issue. I was disappointed that they didn't take responsibility for the lost package and didn't make an effort to give me a refund. Now I'm not sure if I want to keep buying from 2Fdeal since there are other websites with similar products, prices, and better customer service.
