Booking issue with 'My bookings'
I booked something, but it didn't show up in 'My bookings' even though I have an account! I had to use Chat to get it sorted, but still couldn't see it.
Cancellation and rebooking process
So, the place we really wanted to book for our vacation ended up not being available. It was a pain, but we had to get our deposit refunded and find somewhere else to stay. Luckily, the Belvilla agent we talked to was really helpful and helped us figure everything out. It did take a couple of weeks to get our money back, but we found another place to stay pretty fast. All in all, it wasn't too bad of an experience.
Map navigation on website
I had a tough time with the map navigation on that website. It was super slow to load and kept going back to the full map, so it was a pain to find the exact accommodations I wanted. But once I finally got to where I wanted to be, it was smooth sailing from there.
Unique and cozy stay
The place I stayed at was awesome! It had this cool blend of being an old bunker and a fancy house. The bunker part kind of had a museum feel, which was really fun to check out. The beds were old-fashioned but surprisingly comfortable. The upstairs area was super modern and had all the amenities you could possibly want.

I just stayed at this amazing place recently. It was super modern, really clean, and had everything I needed to have a comfy stay. The location was spot-on, the beds were cozy, and the heated floors were a nice bonus. The bathroom was clean and modern too, which just added to the whole great experience.
