Fast shipping, great customer service
I just ordered something and it showed up super quick, which was awesome. But, when I opened it up, it was the wrong item. Luckily, the customer service folks helped me out right away and made it simple for me to send it back. Size discrepancy in mystery box
I recently bought this mystery box from this company in a size small, thinking it would be a good fit since I usually wear a size small. But man, when I got the stuff, it was like wearing my hubby's clothes - and he's a big guy at 160 pounds and wears a men's large! The sizing was all messed up and let me down big time. To make things worse, I got stuck with a medium item instead of a small one, which just added to my frustration. These mystery boxes have stuff from past seasons that you can't find on their website, so it's a pain to exchange for things that actually fit. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I can't even wear because the sizes are way off.

Overcharged, poor customer service
I recently bought something and man, was I bummed out by the shady stuff that went down. They charged me too much for something that was supposed to be on sale, and when I tried to reach out to customer service, I got crickets. They promised to respond quick, but it's been 15 days and I'm still waiting. Finally got the product and decided to return it, but guess what? Same email system that let me down before. Now it's been a week and I don't know if I'll ever see my money again. It's really frustrating to see a company act so sketchy and make their customers feel like they don't matter at all.

New teeth whitening strips
I tried a new brand of teeth whitening strips because my usual one wasn't working as well as it used to. I was really looking forward to trying something different and was hoping for great results. Unfortunately, after using them for a few weeks, I was pretty bummed out that my teeth didn't look any whiter. The strips were kind of uncomfortable to leave on for a while, and they didn't taste very good either. All in all, I wasn't happy with this product and I won't be buying it again.
