Helped me file a claim quickly
I lost my ring and was so upset about it, but BriteCo was really great in assisting us! They were super fast in filing the claim and getting the money to our jeweler for a new ring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to insure their jewelry. The only downside was the challenge of getting insurance for the new ring after filing a claim, but I guess that's just part of the process sometimes.
Insurance for my engagement ring
This was so easy. I comparison shopped and saved 70-80 dollars over competitors and it seems to have the best coverage. Would recommend.
Lost earring claim
I had to file a claim because my mom lost one of her favorite earrings. It was really stressful because the insurance company took forever to make a decision on the claim and I couldn't get a hold of anyone from BriteCo to help. It was such a nightmare!
Jewelry insurance
I just went through the appraisal process and tried to get insurance for this expensive necklace. Even though I live in a nice part of the city, I got rejected for coverage right after Briteco happily charged me for the appraisal. It seems like their cheap prices are only for people with low risk, which makes those of us with higher risk feel ignored and mad. I bet their claims process would be just as bad as their application process.
Earrings claim insurance
Oh my gosh, I am so frustrated with this insurance company! I tried to file a claim for my earrings, and it has been a complete mess. I submitted the claim on April 1st, 2024, and then they brought in some adjuster who messed everything up, leading to the State Department of Insurance getting involved. Can you believe that? And they won't even speak to me directly about it, they just keep redirecting me to different people. Like, seriously? I paid YOU for insurance coverage! I should have just chosen Jeweler's Mutual instead. Don't deal with this headache, folks!
