Late shipment
I ordered something a week ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. I'm seriously wondering if this company is for real. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times and still haven't heard back. It's so aggravating not knowing where my order stands, especially since I already paid for it. I hope this isn't a usual thing for them and just a one-off problem.

I just got some flowering shrubs from this place and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they were delivered. The plants showed up in great shape and were exactly what I wanted. All in all, I had a really good experience with this nursery.

cute hoodie
I just wanted to share that I recently purchased a hoodie from this store, and I absolutely love it! It's so cute and comfortable, the material is super soft and it fits me perfectly. The color is also my favorite, so that's a bonus! The shipping was surprisingly fast, and when I had a question, the customer service was really nice. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.

non-functional product and unresponsive customer service
I bought something from this company that said it would do certain things for me, but it didn't work at all. And when I wanted to write a review on Google to let others know about my bad experience, I couldn't figure out how to do it easily. Then, when I wanted to cancel my monthly subscription within the 30-day money-back guarantee window, they wouldn't let me do it. I had to get my bank involved. All in all, my time dealing with this company has been super disappointing and annoying.

Don’t trust their reviews. I made a purchase based on reviews and when the product was nothing but snake oil I left a review. They deleted my HONEST review which makes me wonder how many other negative reviews are deleted. Their oil was incredibly expensive and worthless. They claim to have a no risk guarantee but after you receive your product you then find out that they will only refund a fraction of your money if you return. Super shady company!!!!!! Buyer beware
