Cocktail napkins and dish cloths
I just wanted to share how much I love the products I got from your store. Seriously, they're amazing. My third set of Cocktail Napkins has become a total essential in my home. I've got some at my computer desk, some on my breakfast table - they're just so bright and cheerful, they really bring some life to my space. And they wash up great, I always make sure to lay them flat to keep 'em looking good.
And those Dish Cloths? Equally impressive. They're the perfect size for folks like me who are living solo, and they dry super fast. Plus, I love that your company donates to the Ocean Conservancy - it's awesome to see that commitment to helping our environment.

Viscose shirt made in Tunisia
I was really bummed out when I opened my package and saw a viscose shirt from Tunisia instead of the high-quality silk shirt I was expecting, especially since it was pricey. I felt like I was tricked. From now on, I'll definitely be more careful with online shopping or not so gullible. This whole thing has turned me off from shopping with this brand in the future. It's disappointing to see a brand that presents itself as classy and top-notch disappoint like this, basically becoming no better than fast fashion. It's a good reminder that the actual quality of a product is more important than the brand. Maybe they should think about using polyester instead - customers might not even notice, and the brand could save some money.

Dissatisfactory flower arrangement
I recently bought a flower arrangement online and man, was I let down. The flowers were sad-looking and beat up, not to mention totally different from what I saw in the picture. It felt like a bait and switch, you know? The quality was like something you'd find at a grocery store, but even worse because they were all messed up when they got here. I wish I hadn't gone with this online option and now I'm telling everyone to stick with local businesses instead.

Return label issue
I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service when I tried to return an item. They wouldn't take it back in-store, so I asked for a prepaid return label like they said I could. But after I gave them my order number, they just stopped answering me. Dealing with customer service like that is super annoying.

Gift sets for birthdays and holidays
Omaha Steaks has been a letdown for me in terms of their customer service and product quality. Despite being a loyal customer for four years, they haven't given me the points promised on my membership account. The prices are sky-high, and I only bought from them because of their name. The products just aren't worth the steep cost, and they always manage to forget to include something in my order. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times to fix things, but they never follow up. Once, my boyfriend called on my behalf, and not only did they not solve the problem, but they sent him a gift card for the missing items, with his name and address! Their lack of responsibility and care for loyal customers is just not right. I won't be buying from them again.

I used to always shop at this store for petite clothes, shoes, and accessories, but now it's not the same. They barely have any petite items left! It's so disappointing to see the lack of Petite Caribbean Joe and almost no Alfred Dunner Petites. The quality of the shoes they have now just doesn't compare to what it used to be. And now they don't even carry Carhart clothing for men! It seems like they might be closing down because every time I go in, the store looks empty. I really miss the old Beall's.

Uplift Plunge bra
The Uplift Plunge bra is seriously the best fitting bra I've ever put on. It's like a dream for my shape. But, man, every single one I've bought has ended up with the wires poking through the sides. I even tried the lace version a few years back and it got all wonky - the lace on top shrank and balled up, showing the lining underneath. I did everything right, followed all the care instructions - washed in bra bags, air dried - but they just don't last like my other bras that cost way less. It's frustrating to drop so much cash on bras that fall apart like cheap $12 ones. I love how it fits, but the quality is lacking, big time.

I bought this portable tire inflator, but darn it, it crapped out on me after only a few uses. So, I contacted customer service and at first, they were pretty quick to respond and seemed pretty willing to help. But after they assured me a replacement was on the way, it never showed up, and now all my emails are getting ghosted. I gotta say, I'm beyond bummed about the product and the company dropping the ball on this.

I had a really bad experience with Saks Fifth Avenue recently. I bought a pair of sunglasses, and they came broken. When I reached out to customer service to get a replacement, they first told me to keep the broken ones and they'd send a new pair with free shipping. But then, a few days later, they said I had to return the broken ones to get a refund. It was so confusing and frustrating. It took forever to sort this out, with lots of calls and emails. Eventually, I had to talk to the CEO and Executive Head of Escalations to make any progress, and we're still working on getting it fixed.
