Graduation banner design
The design process was kind of annoying because there weren't many choices for resizing and editing shapes. It would've been nice to have more features, like different fonts, a glow tool, being able to put images inside shapes, and having an ombre effect. I really wished there were more design options when making my banner. But, even with those limitations, I was still pretty happy with how everything turned out.

Mixed feelings about recent purchase
I have some mixed feelings about my recent order from this brand. I ordered from them in 2021 and was pretty impressed with the quality and quick shipping, so I was expecting the same this time. But it didn't quite live up to my expectations.

Wilted flowers, poor customer service
I've gotten wilted flowers a few times from this company in the past few months. The shipping always seems to have issues and the customer service is seriously lacking. I tried reaching out multiple times for help but never got a response to my emails. It's been super frustrating trying to deal with the problems. Based on my bad experiences, I suggest checking out other places for flower delivery.

Premium dog food
The dog food we got from this website has been a big hit with our dog. He loves how it tastes, and we've seen a real improvement in his health since we switched to this brand. It's not the cheapest option out there, but we think it's worth it for the quality. Plus, the delivery has been really easy, and we like being able to change the delivery dates easily.

Flight delays due to sunny weather
Even though the weather was nice, my flight got delayed multiple times, and the final delay left me stuck on the runway. I ended up wasting a day and a half and a bunch of money because of it. And when I tried to get reimbursed, they said no, so now I have to go the legal route.

I ran into some issues with the formatting of the email notifications I was getting from this company. Even after I contacted their support team, they weren't able to fix the problem. Finally, they passed it along to a more experienced support person who was able to quickly solve it. I'm grateful for the fast and effective service they provided.

One Drop Rewind
I am approaching 70 and have forehead lines, crows feet and starting fine lines on my neck and around my mouth. I was shocked at how quickly One Drop works! I could feel my skin tightening! From the very first application, I could watch lines begin to disappear. Unbelievable stuff! I’m a believer now. ????
Just received my One Drop Rewind and tried it my skin feels tight around the neck area I will give it a few more goes to see the results as I am lucky as I don't have deep wrinkles on my face I mainly want the product for my neck area and I am am 63 years young greetings from OZ

Sandals
The company is dealing with fraudulent practices. The shoes are not orthotic. They are cheap and poorly made. Their service department is very slow to respond. I ordered a pair of sandals and returned them because they were too big. I requested another size and they wrote back and said the shoes were damaged and could not refund me. I took the shoes out of the box, tried them on and put them back in the box and sent them back. I did not wear them. I cannot say enough to convince you all to stay away from this company. What a mess. I’m contacting my lawyer as soon as possible!

my shoes were re sent to LA as the heels were not right , too deep, fine so far, but,after 2.5 years of usage the soles started cracking open on both. it was the area where it hinges.... I called Born, they said , sorry the warrantee is only for 2 years !!!!..........

Never respond to any requests - never received my product and the UPS tracking information is bogus. The tracking number shows on UPS site as never received by the shipper. They still will not answer any emails or communicate in any way with me.
