Arrangement purchase
I ordered this lovely flower arrangement for my friend's birthday, but sadly I couldn't actually lay eyes on the blooms due to some unexpected stuff. Luckily, when I talked to customer service about it, they were super understanding and handled everything like champs. They fixed the problem quick and I was really grateful for that. Even though I couldn't see the flowers, I felt pretty good knowing they were taken care of and my friend would still get a nice surprise. I'll definitely think about using them again next time.
