Out-of-town flower delivery
My experience with sending flowers from out-of-town services has been pretty disappointing. I had some trouble with Urban Stems, who uses FedEx for deliveries. I recently wanted to send flowers for a friend's mom's memorial service, and it was a total mess. Urban Stems said the church was closed, even though it wasn't, so they couldn't deliver the flowers. They said they'd remake the arrangement and send it to my friend's house instead, but it never showed up even days later. I was really upset by how little they seemed to care or show compassion. In the end, I just went with a local florist for a reliable and timely delivery.
