    Recent furniture order for new house

    I wanted to share my recent furniture order experience with you all. I ordered a bunch of stuff for my new house, like tables, sofas, and other things. I even paid extra for assembly services to help out. But man, it's been a total headache. It's been weeks and most of my stuff still hasn't shown up. They've tried to deliver a few times, but every time something important is missing, so I can't put anything together. And when they tried to fix it, they just took random stuff back without giving me what I needed. It's been a real pain!

    Renewed yearly subscription

    I just renewed my yearly subscription in June for a product that my grandkids love. But we've been having a hard time actually using it because of some technical problems with the app. It keeps kicking us out for no reason, and then when we try to sign back in it says the password is wrong. Even after we reset the password and try logging in again, it just crashes and shows a blue screen. It's frustrating because we spent $50 on this app and now it's not working at all. Plus, they didn't give us any contact info for customer support or help with troubleshooting.

    Bad filters

    I got these stupid air filters and they turned out to be terrible! When I opened the first one, I noticed the pleats were falling off the frame. The same thing happened with another one too! I reached out to the company and they just said they couldn't do anything to help, and that was it! I mean, really? Such a scam.

    Two item purchase

    I am so frustrated with this store! The customer service is terrible and they are not honest at all. I waited forever for my order and only got one item instead of two. And the excuses they gave me for the delay were just ridiculous. It's like they don't care about their customers' time or money.

    Two festival outfits

    I finally got my festival outfits from this place after checking them out for ages. The quality is pretty good, but the sizes are smaller than expected, so I had to order a larger size to make them fit. The website promised 5-7 days for shipping, but it ended up taking almost a whole month, which wasn't cool at all. They really need to work on updating their shipping estimates. On the bright side, customer service came through for me when I needed to rush my order. All in all, it's a decent shop to get your festival gear from.

    Great communication, suggestion for travel insurance

    Outdoorsy is great with communicating and they have some awesome choices for RV rentals. Having travel insurance for rentals beyond what the owner provides would be really useful. It could come in handy if you have any issues while you're on the road and could end up saving you a bunch of money! It might be cool if Outdoorsy could consider offering that in the future, like a membership for unexpected repairs. Just throwing that idea out there!

    I recently took an anger management course, and I found it really helpful. It gave me tools and strategies to better handle my emotions.
