    New wand, upgraded version

    I found my old wand and it was pretty cool, but I decided to give the new one a shot and pass the old one along to my mom. I'm really excited to try it out and see if it's even better!

    High-end vape pen

    I used to really like my fancy vape pen from Gpen. It was awesome and I thought it was a good deal for the $75 I spent on it in Maine. But then, after a few months of using it all the time, I had a problem with the porcelain part in the tip breaking. I tried to get a replacement from customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. I tried everything to fix the problem, but I ended up feeling let down by the lack of support from Gpen.

    Two festival outfits

    I finally got my festival outfits from this place after checking them out for ages. The quality is pretty good, but the sizes are smaller than expected, so I had to order a larger size to make them fit. The website promised 5-7 days for shipping, but it ended up taking almost a whole month, which wasn't cool at all. They really need to work on updating their shipping estimates. On the bright side, customer service came through for me when I needed to rush my order. All in all, it's a decent shop to get your festival gear from.

    Defective blade issue

    I got a Nutribullet as a wedding present, but it just sat in the box for a bit. When I finally decided to give it a try, the gasket came off during the first blend. I reached out to customer service, and they said I needed a receipt to get a replacement, even though it was a gift. The product was faulty, and the customer service was lousy. I won't be shopping with them again.

    Altras that didn't fit

    So, I got these shoes from this company, but they don't fit right. I checked out their return policy before buying, and it said I could send them back through the company for a fee and get a UPS label. I did everything I was supposed to and asked Altra for permission to return them, but I never got the UPS label they promised. I've emailed their customer service a bunch of times asking for help, but no one has gotten back to me. It's frustrating that I can't send the shoes back without spending more money because the company isn't communicating with me. It's disappointing to think I might be stuck with these shoes that don't fit or have to pay a lot to send them back.

    Great communication, suggestion for travel insurance

    Outdoorsy is great with communicating and they have some awesome choices for RV rentals. Having travel insurance for rentals beyond what the owner provides would be really useful. It could come in handy if you have any issues while you're on the road and could end up saving you a bunch of money! It might be cool if Outdoorsy could consider offering that in the future, like a membership for unexpected repairs. Just throwing that idea out there!

    Anger management course

    I recently took an anger management course, and I found it really helpful. It gave me tools and strategies to better handle my emotions. The material was easy to understand and I learned a lot about myself and how to deal with tough situations. The instructor was great, they knew what they were talking about and kept me interested.
