I had a horrible experience with those supplements. Every time I took them, I got really bad headaches and neck pains. It was so awful that I couldn't even get a good night's sleep. I was really banking on those products working out for me, but sadly, they didn't do a thing. I won't be giving them another shot, that's for sure.
