Selling books for cash
I decided to sell my old textbooks through this service because it seemed like an easy way to make some extra money. But, after I sent in my books and they said they paid me, I checked my Paypal account and saw nothing. I tried speaking to customer service several times, but all they told me was that they asked their accounting department. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gotten paid. The fact that they’re not being straightforward or keeping me in the loop is really annoying.

Automatic renewal failure
I had this annoying situation with the software that didn't renew like it was supposed to. My recent purchase of the newest pin tuck with blue threads was a letdown. The material is too thin, and when you wear it, it doesn't sit right on your body - it puffs up and loses its shape. I've bought 5 of the older versions made of 100% cotton, and I was really satisfied with those. Also, the colors in the new version look washed out and don't pop like they used to.
