I've been sticking with this brand for years and I gotta say, their skincare stuff is top-notch. The ingredients they use are super fancy and they actually work. I just bought some stuff from this company and spent $$$$ on it. But, I was pretty bummed when I got my order and didn't see the free gifts that were supposed to come with it. So, I hit up their customer service team, and they told me they'd send me the missing items right away. But, time passed and I still didn't get anything. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they straight up ignored me. It's really frustrating to see them treat a loyal customer like this.
