Waste of time
This company is just terrible! It's a total scam and they don't follow any rules. The CEO is the absolute worst, and they won't even give your money back when you ask nicely. Can you believe they take 21 days to respond to emails? It's ridiculous! And to top it off, they don't even have an 800 number for help. What a joke!

Lumo and Venus bundle
I bought the Lumo and Venus bundle back on April 15th, but it's already May 20th and I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but I keep getting conflicting info or even ignored. The stuff I bought cost a lot, and I feel disappointed that the ads were kinda misleading. I've been trying to ask for a refund, but no one has replied to me. This whole experience has left me feeling really let down by this company's customer service.
