Shoes ordered on 5/14
I ordered a pair of shoes on 5/14 and my card got charged right away. But, it's been weeks and my order still hasn't been shipped. I talked to customer service through chat and found out the warehouse is running behind, causing 3-5 days delays just to pick orders. When I asked about where my order was being shipped from, I got different answers. I tried calling the 800 number, but got a message saying they were in training and couldn't take calls. This lack of communication and mixed up info was really frustrating. I decided to ask for a refund because I didn't feel like I was getting the right info. It was disappointing not being able to talk to someone to solve my issue right away.

Custom color wig purchase
I bought a custom color wig from this site not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. I had to wait for over two months for it to arrive, and when it did, it looked nothing like what I had asked for. I tried to return it for a refund, but sadly I didn't get any of my money back. Such a waste of time and cash. I definitely won't be buying from this site again.

Defective spare parts
I just bought some spare parts from the store, but they ended up being defective. When they got here, our technicians tried them out with a 12v and 1A power supply. At first, they showed up for a little bit and then shut off, plus we smelled something burning. And now, they won't turn on at all.
