I'm a regular customer and I usually love shopping here, but my last interaction with their customer service was a letdown. I had a problem with my order and when I reached out for help, I found out they were bought out by another company and their customer service is now outsourced to the Philippines. The person I talked to had a strong accent that made it tough to understand each other. It was really frustrating because I've always appreciated their top-notch customer service in the past.

Two items from the website
I recently bought two things from the website, but I wasn't happy with the experience. One of the things I got was really heavy. When I found out I'd have to pay for my own shipping to get a refund, I was surprised. The cost of shipping would be about the same as the item, which was not good quality. Besides, I couldn't really see the design of the item on the website because the pictures weren't clear enough. I have a background in art education, so it's crucial for me to check out the details of something before buying it.

Oshi no Ko cosplay in S size
Oh my gosh, I got the Oshi no Ko cosplay and it was seriously amazing! Everything was included just like they promised, and it looked exactly like the pictures. The attention to detail was spot on, and it fit me perfectly. I felt like I could really embody the character when I put it on! I looked into it some more and found the same jumpsuit for a lot cheaper on another website. I tried reaching out to the store to talk about it but never heard back.

CBD Tincture, Gummys, and balm.

pair of reading glasses.
Don't waste your time. They will never show up. Especially during these times with customs and all. The company should warn buyers that there may be an issue. I spent $40 on a pair of glasses that I never received. I am sure their product is fine, but how would I know if I don't have the glasses.
Update. They did get back to me and said they would refund me. Just wanted to put that out there, We shall see if it happens, but I am hopeful
Received the glasses I ordered in April today. Took 30 days, but they are great. Just hang in there.
I ordered a pair of reading glasses on May 16,2020. I have emailed customer service twice because I haven't received them. I do have a tracking number, but as of June 6, 2020, the package is stuck in Burlingame, CA and USPS has not received it.
I encourage all of you to report them tow Face book. Anytime you see their ads. They have to be stopped!
