Excellent tour guide experience
Timeless tours really went above and beyond for us. Our tour guide, Remon, was absolutely amazing. He made sure to take care of everyone in our group, showing us so much patience and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the whole trip. I definitely suggest asking for him as your guide, he really made our trip one to remember. I know I'll be keeping in touch with him for a long time. Not only did Remon provide exceptional service, but the places we visited were absolutely incredible. His knowledge about each spot really added something extra special to our adventure.

Organic cotton mattress, toxic smell
I wanted to give an organic mattress a try for a more comfortable and eco-friendly sleep. The store suggested an organic cotton mattress with wool and latex, but when it showed up, the strong chemical smell was awful. It gave me a terrible headache, so I had to swap it for a basic cotton one. Even after 6 months, the organic cotton mattress still stinks and gives me a slight headache from the toxins. Something must have changed over time because it wasn't like this before. I can't help but wonder if they started treating the cotton with chemicals or adding something new to it, because it's just not the same anymore.

Exchange for different size
I just went through a super annoying situation when I tried to swap out an item for a size that fit me better. The company was seriously tough to get in touch with - no customer service people around to give me a hand. I tried reaching out in a bunch of ways, but all I got back were automatic replies and wait times that seemed to last forever. Dealing with all of that made the whole thing way more complicated and time-consuming than it needed to be. On top of that, when I finally did get to do the exchange, the whole thing was a pain with unclear directions and delays all over the place. All in all, I was pretty bummed about not being able to chat with a real person and get my issue sorted out quickly.

Shoes
Yeah, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them. If you have an issue with the size, like I did, then you have to return them and they only give you store credit. Then, when you order again, it takes forever to receive your stuff. I used my store credit to order on August 20th, 2021, and I still haven't received my shoes. Plus, they don't even fit true to size, so it's pretty frustrating.

I was thinking about signing up, but I thought I'd read some reviews first. I'm really grateful for the folks who shared their honest opinions. Seems like this place might not be the right fit for me right now. I'm thankful for the openness and will keep looking for something that suits me better.
