Frame order
I bought two frames from this store, but one of them was out of stock. Thankfully, Jeza from customer service reached out to me right away by email. She gave me some other options and really went out of her way to help me find a replacement frame that I would be happy with. The new frame was sent out the next day. I can't say enough good things about the customer service I got from Jeza and the team.

My experience with the e-commerce platform has been pretty good for the past four years. But, lately, I've noticed our site has been going down more often, even though we haven't made any changes on the back end. It's been a real headache because it's messing with our business. And to make matters worse, the loading times have been super slow, which is not good for our customers. Volusion says they can handle big websites, but the problems we've been having lately make me question that.

I've been using their financial software for a while and so far, it's been awesome. The coolest thing about it is that the software is right on my computer, so I can keep my data to myself. Unlike other programs I've tried, I don't have to switch over to an online platform with Quicken. It's a big deal for me to know my data is exactly where I want it.

Baby formula
Hey, I recently bought baby formula from this place. I don't usually write reviews unless something really impresses me or really disappoints me, you know? Well, overall this place isn't too bad. I do wish they had a phone number for customer service and a better refund policy, but on the positive side, they do respond to emails promptly and offer store credit for returns. It's tough to find the right formula for your baby, but at least they accept returns and give store credit for them. I docked a star because of the shipping fee and the fact that you only receive store credit or they deduct $15.00 if you return something.

Cancelled Hilton stay
So, check this out - we had this sweet plan to stay at a fancy hotel over Easter, but then boom, covid-19 messed it all up and we had to cancel. Hilton was seriously awesome about it though! They totally let us cancel and get our money back even though we had booked a room that was supposed to be non-refundable. Their customer service was on point and you better believe I'll be booking with them again once things go back to normal. Huge shoutout to Hilton for handling it so well!

Never received the bathing suits I ordered. Called customer service and received the money back for one. They argued back and forth that they had given me all my money back. They are a completely piece of shit company and don't order from them.

I wish I saw this review before I ordered and the other review of how nasty this tastes.
It's horrible. I too didn't receive what I ordered and a few of the packs had slight tears in the seams and were empty, Very SHADY. The company doesn't respond to me either, I'm fighting this with my credit card company.
