Steel-toe tennis shoes
During the first attempt to try on one of these shoes the side panel - the part that holds the laces - tore apart. We did not yank or pull extra hard. I reached out via email. The site says they will respond within 12 to 24 hours. So far no response. I also tried to call the Denver-area phone number. No answer. I thought I'd done my due diligence. Before ordering, I'd checked for reviews. I found that Raydlinx had a US phone number and address. I should've gone a step further. This US address is a residential apartment building. I now do not believe this has address or number has any connection to the company. It's another scam. This page states that there is a fulfillment center in the US. Our shoes shipped from China. So after a month-long wait, we have shoes that busted within minutes of delivery. Save your money. Avoid Raydlinx.
The company chose another style and sent them to us free of charge. It was a little weird that they selected the style. But the one they chose will work just fine. They were pleasant and helpful once we connected. I'd only recommend that they remove the promise to respond within a certain amount of time - or extend the window of time.

UPDATE: The company did reach out via email. I probably didn't give them enough time to respond initially. I think I got worried when calling the phone number delivered an error message. The company is offering to replace the broken shoes.

I thought I was ordering one free book with a 10.00 shipping charge instead I received 8 books that cost 88.99
I did not order 8 books at no time did it show me what the order was or how much. When I did received the books their still was no invoice of what I ordered or how much it cost. I feel this was misleading and fraudulent. I would like a full refund and will be sending the books back. All I can say is buyer beware
I thought I was ordering one free book and would pay 10.00 s&h. They did not show a total or a conformation. When I checked with my bank I was charged 120.00. The selling was very deceptive but when I called them the politely said they the would send me what I expected to receive and refund 111.00 in 3 to 5 days. I will be watching for it

Tuka Cover Up
I bought Tuka Cover Up in this store. One for me, one for my sister and for my mom. I was excited because it was perfect for the summer but it took 3 weeks to get here. We weren't able to use it and the cover up for my mom is broken. So I contacted this company and they gave us a new one. Great customer service, and great product. The delivery was kind of off but it's fine because of the pandemic.
Yes. A scam. I ordered two swimsuits in late August. As of October 7 neither have been delivered. There is a tracking number but that seems like a scam too. Appears that the package is stuck somewhere entities from China and they explicitly don’t take responsibility for shipping delays. That’s some delay!!!!
I too have experienced this. Ordered a swimsuit last year which was totally the wrong size when it arrived. Had to send it back at great cost and despite me checking with them every month if they’d received the return, no refund. The package was eventually returned to sender 7 months later as it had been unclaimed. A very expensive mistake!
