Extra battery for bike trip
Hey there, I don't usually bother writing reviews, but seriously, I am so happy with the extra battery I bought from this place. It's been over two years since I got my bike, and the battery is still working perfectly. So, I'm planning a 200-mile bike trip next month, and I decided to get an extra battery for the ride. I'm really excited to see how it holds up!

They took our money for a service that didn't even work, and now I can't seem to get it fixed. The onboarding process felt like I was interacting with a robot, and our salesperson completely disappeared on us. I highly suggest doing some research before investing in this subpar product.
