BarkBox subscription
Honestly, I was really let down by my experience with BarkBox. The treat bags were way too tiny, and the toys all started to look the same to my dog, who loves to chew. It felt like the shipping kept getting slower each month, even though they always charged me on time. And don't even get me started on the customer service - leaving reviews in the app didn't seem to do anything, texting them got me nowhere, and the chat support just repeated the same unhelpful stuff. I've never dealt with such a mismanaged subscription service before.
Dog subscription box
I really loved this BarkBox! It was like getting a Christmas present every month for me and my pup. The themes were awesome, and we always got really cool toys and treats. The best part was waiting for the box to come in the mail and then opening it together. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our subscription because my dog has been sick, but we'll definitely sign up again once he's feeling better. Thanks, BarkBox!
