Progressive lens purchase
I just bought some progressive lenses from this company, but they sent me bifocal glasses by mistake. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't admit the error and were asking for more money to fix it. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a customer.

Subscription box for dog treats and toys
My dog and I love getting the monthly subscription box! The treats are so good and my pup can't stop playing with the toys. Plus, the funny jokes and marketing in the box always make me happy. It's awesome to see what's inside each month, and all the different stuff keeps it interesting. And the customer service team is amazing - super nice and helpful. I'm really happy with BarkBox!

Fast delivery, great quality
I was so impressed by how fast my package showed up. It's nice to see a company that really cares about getting things to you on time. The stuff I got is seriously top-notch and it's obvious why they're doing so well. My whole experience was just awesome, and I'd definitely buy from them again.
