Ski boots and poles
I had a really awful time trying to order from Christy Sports. Their website was all messed up, so it was a pain to add stuff to my cart and actually buy it. It was super frustrating and took a lot of time because the site wasn't easy to use. But, even with all the problems, I stuck with it and eventually got my order placed.

Their website is a complete mess. It feels like they're making it impossible for you to buy something online. I attempted to buy something multiple times, but every time I tried, the website gave me errors and wouldn't let me check out. And when I contacted customer service for help, they were no help at all. I had no choice but to physically go to the store. It's pretty crazy that they don't have an easy way to print out an order in this day and age. Such a huge waste of time.

Misleading measurements received
This company really needs to step up their game when it comes to cutting fabric! I've ordered from them several times now, and every single time I get fabric that's just all wrong. If I'm buying a yard, I want a full yard - not some funky diagonal cut that's shorter than it's supposed to be. It's super annoying to spend my hard-earned cash on fabric that I can't even use because of the inaccurate cuts. So, please, for the love of fabric, get your act together and start giving us the right measurements!

Blue sweater destroyed clothes
I got this blue sweater from the store, and man, it totally ruined all my other clothes because the color kept bleeding. They had the nerve to say it was my fault for not taking care of it, but I swear I followed their instructions!

Mobile phone plan
I really like the company where I got my phone plan from because they share my values, which is awesome. Their customer service is top-notch, they always help me out quickly whenever I have questions or problems. Plus, their pricing is way better than the big guys, so I'm getting a great deal. I switched over from a major provider and I haven't looked back since. I'd totally suggest this company to anyone I know.

Expensive item order, long wait, no delivery
The most frustrating thing that happened to me at Tophatter was when I bought something really pricey, and then had to wait forever for it to show up, only to never even get it. It was cool that I got my money back, but it still sucked to not get that sweet deal I won in the auction for the thing I really wanted.
