Review about: HSA store
Overnight training pants
The products at this store are pretty good and they ship things out fast, which is great. The one downside is that the prices are just too high. I bought some overnight training pants and later found out I could have gotten them for way less at a different store. Seems like kind of a waste to use my HSA money here. I'd suggest checking out some other places for better deals.

Asana Relaxed Straight pants and a t-shirt
I just bought the Asana Relaxed Straight pants and a t-shirt from your store. I've always had a hard time finding pants that fit right, but I decided to give these a try and I'm really happy with them. They fit perfectly and look great too. These pants are seriously comfy - even more than sweatpants! If you're looking for some new pants, definitely give these a shot.

I was so happy with the service I got from this website. I decided to order a custom dress for my daughter, and I have to admit I was a little nervous about how it would look. Man, I really thought joining their fancy rewards program would be worth it, but man was I mistaken. I've been a member for what feels like ages, and yet I'm not seeing any benefits. They keep talking about these exclusive whiskeys, but I haven't heard a peep. And let's not even get started on those coupons - such a hassle to redeem! The staff doesn't seem to care much about helping me out either, they're just in it for themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if they're hiding all the good stuff in that enormous store.

Sent an XS rather than the S that I had ordered. Second time this has happened. If ordering something for a special event, order early bc their shipping times/delays are terrible. They blame it on covid; however, other stores don’t seem to have this type of delays. Getting in touch with customer service also takes a while. Cute items but they need to get organized.

A Line Spaghetti Straps Long Prom Dress
They are horrible! The dresses are all very pretty , and the pricing for the dresses is okay too but costumer service and delivery time is HORRIBLE. i ordered my dress April 8th , paid for 3-7 day shipping and my order still hasn’t even been shipped yet. i’ve reached out to costumer service every way that they offer and i’ve only heard back ONE TIME and didn’t even answer any of my questions. ( but they’re leaving me open on whatsapp ) if i could rate them 0 starts i would because they have ruined my senior prom. I know now since my dress obviously won’t be here that i’ll have to get a refund and i bet that’ll be an up hill battle like finding out why my dress hasn’t been shipped. very very disappointed and angry with this site

White Appliques Dress
I ordered a dress and paid for express shipping so that it could be worn to an event four weeks later. Total purchase price was $108 USD. The website indicated that the dress would arrive in about a week or week and a half with normal shipping. The dress arrived three weeks later. The dress was pretty and looked like the picture. I took measurements and compared it to the size chart before I ordered it, but it didn't fit and we needed a larger size. It took so long for the dress to arrive that I just needed to return it since it arrived 3 days before my daughter needed to wear it. I was informed that the only warehouse accepting returns is in China. I brought the dress to a UPS store in the US and the shipping cost to return the item, which was in a plastic envelope and weighed just over a pound, was $160 USD. Postal service return was $58, and FedEx and DHL were $110 - $130. I contacted Zapaka and asked for a different return location and they said that China is the only warehouse accepting returns. They said that I could keep the dress and offered a 20% refund. I haven't seen the refund yet, but I won't be shopping here again. I also asked for a refund on the express shipping since it took 3 weeks, and they are still checking on that.
I have had the same experience as you. The returns are a SCAM!! They did not ship it in time to me either. I'll definitely ask for the 20% back and I'll also ask about the expedited shipping cost, thanks for that idea!

Black Midi Dress
This Company is a Scam and NOT in Canada.
This company is not in Canada. Shipping was long even though paid for expedited shipping and the dress was super tiny and does not reflect sizing chart on their website and came from China (Like Wish). It was also really puffy and not like the picture. Their Customer Service phone number does not work. To get a refund, the shipping cost more than the dress to return it to China (DHL $83.00 & UPS $ 187.50) so now I am stuck with a horrible dress that I cannot use or wear which was supposed to be my wedding dress. This whole company is a scam. Buyer beware.I'm so sorry! I had the same experience, returns are impossible. As someone who has bought from this company before, I completely agree. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

A-Line Spaghetti Straps Long Prom Dress
Im not one to leave bad reviews, but I just wanna warn other people! If you're planning to buy your prom dress here, don't. My recommendation is to cancel your order ASAP, because their cancelation policy only gives you a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours. Thats the long story short. If you want to hear specific reasons, keep reading!
1) They did not ship the dress in time. I specifically paid for expedited shipping (10-15 business days) and I got my dress 24 business days after buying it. Keep in mind that I did buy this during prom season, but it is the company's job to notify me it will take longer. I had to reach out to customer service myself to figure out what was going on.
2) Their returns are NOT easy and pretty much a scam. They ship from China and when you ship it back to China, they make you pay for the shipping! When I attempted to ship it back, the ups store said it would cost me over $100, so basically, they make returns impossible.
3) My dress was stuffed into the smallest bag possible when I got it. It just didn't feel packaged nicely and I want to feel like my money is worth it when I get my prom dress, but obviously, it wasn't.
4) The company did not email me when my dress was shipped like they said they would. So I was in the dark the whole time until it finally showed up on my door step.
Some final notes: The dress itself was really pretty, but I wouldn't say it was great quality. The customer service was nice enough and did help me, but still the cons much overweigh the pros.Review about: Newchic
Many clothing items
No star would be more like it. This company is the worst. Twice this year I have placed orders, they have taken my money, they have confirmed the order will be shipped right away and then two weeks into the waiting period, they email me saying: "The items you order are still out of stock, so it will take another 2-3 weeks for the order to ship." And when you call they tell you they don't know if they will ever get the item again. Who orders an item that is out of stock? Nobody so they don't say that on the website. They show that the items are available so you go ahead and order them.
Both times I have contacted them to complain after receiving the email and both times they have offered a different color or style. Well, no, I want what I ordered. Then when I ask for a refund, they give all kinds of excuses, offer me store credit and when you decline, they take days to return the money even though they took it from you in a matter of seconds.
