Grocery shopping
The whole ordering experience was a mess - the website was super slow and kept glitching out, so it was a struggle to even get things in my cart. And when it came to getting help, the service was kind of a letdown - the staff just didn't seem interested in answering my questions about their products. The prices were okay, nothing amazing but not terrible either. And while the delivery was on time, the driver seemed rushed and didn't really explain much about what they were dropping off.

Personalized cookbook purchase
Yuliia was amazing to work with all the way through. She was super cooperative and nice, always checking in to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. Her communication was excellent and she really made the whole process easy and relaxed. The custom cookbook came out gorgeous and was the ideal present for my mom. I'm beyond satisfied with how everything turned out.

Quick and reliable crypto exchange
The exchange was super easy to use. The folks at Coinsmart's customer service team were really on the ball whenever I had questions or problems. There were a few glitches on the platform, but it was cool to see them actively trying to sort them out. Every now and then, deposits took a bit longer to process, but they always got it sorted out pretty quickly. Overall, my time using this exchange was awesome, but just a heads up, it's probably safer not to keep your crypto assets stored on any exchange.

I just bought some pool supplies online, but instead of getting my order, a different company charged my credit card. I've been trying to reach them by phone, email, and their website, but no one's getting back to me. It seems like a total scam. So, I went ahead and told my credit card company about the issue so they can investigate and get that charge reversed.
