    Overpriced subscription

    They sneakily hit you with a fee when you try to cancel your subscription, which feels like a stab in the back after they promised such great service in the beginning. They love using the fine print to keep you stuck longer than you planned. It's kind of like being in a mob family where trying to leave will cost you a pretty penny.

    I signed up for a subscription last year and I wasn't happy with it. When they charged me again without letting me know, I requested a refund and asked to cancel, but they refused to give me my money back, which seems unfair. The customer service reps weren't very helpful. It seems like they care more about making money than taking care of their customers. Boo.

    I joined Poshmark to sell some stuff, and they said I'd get my cash in a few days. But it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't seen a cent. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but crickets. And now they went and shut down my account. I'm so irritated and feel like I got played, with $400 of mine still MIA. Thinking about how many others they've done this to is just upsetting.

This software is super easy to use for both residents and property managers. The features for sending out statements and balance due notifications are a game-changer in terms of communication.
