Scamming sellers
Watch out for scammers pretending to be buyers on this platform. I kept getting hit up by folks trying to pull a fast one on me when all I was doing was trying to sell my stuff. They'd act like they were keen on buying, ask for my digits, and push to pay with a check. These scammers are way too slick with their tricks, for sure not a one-off deal. I ended up shutting down my account 'cause it was just a hassle dealing with these shady characters.

Photo book order
I've been a customer here for a while now, and I've always been happy with the stuff I've gotten from this place. But this time, I noticed that a few of the pictures in the photo book I got turned out kinda blurry, which bummed me out. Also, I think it would be cool if there was a way to add more than one product to my cart at once for checkout. It seems like the shipping costs are going up, so being able to ship multiple items together and save some cash would be a sweet perk to offer.

Faucet purchase
I just bought a faucet from KB Authority, but I ended up getting the wrong one. I tried to return it following their instructions exactly - I put the original box in another box just like they asked. Yet, they still said I didn't send back all the parts, even though I did. Because of that, they wouldn't give me a refund, and on top of that, I had to pay for the return shipping. It's really disappointing to see a company that says they care about customers and honesty do something shady like this.

I really like this app because it's a great way to get the main ideas of different books without having to read the whole thing. They keep adding more and more books to their library, so there's always something interesting to learn about. The quality of the app is impressive, and it's definitely worth using. Also, I had a really good experience with customer service. Jean was so nice and helpful, and she fixed my problem quickly. It showed me that they really care about making their customers happy. This whole experience has made me trust the brand even more and believe that they are dedicated to giving great service.

Hair trimmer purchase
The hair trimmer is great for giving your hair a little trim, but it's not gonna give you that super smooth shave like a regular razor would. If you just wanna tidy things up and not go bare, then this trimmer will do the job just fine. It's simple to use and the blade stays sharp for precise trimming. But if you're going for that clean-shaven style, this might not be the best choice for you.
