I just booked my trip on this platform and let me tell you, everything was super clear right from the start. They refused to give me a refund, and when I reached out to them, I was bounced around from chat to phone to ethics department. It seemed like they didn't give a darn that I didn't receive what I paid for. The whole experience was really annoying and made me think they were trying to scam me. All I wanted was either my stuff or my money back, but they were no help at all.

The Melton Mowbray Pork Pies I got from this shop were alright taste-wise, but nothing special compared to other places I've tried.
