Necklace purchase
Oh my goodness, I just bought a necklace from this store and it already arrived super fast! I do a ton of online shopping and let me tell you, this store has the absolute best customer service. The earrings I got from here are absolutely fantastic, so I have no doubt that the necklace is going to be just as awesome!

Clothing return experience
I would definitely think twice before ordering from here again. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. First, I had to pay for the delivery, then when I returned the item, they took out the original delivery charge AGAIN from my refund. When I reached out to customer service to ask why, they just pointed me towards their terms and conditions and said it was their policy to deduct the delivery charge. They even went on to justify the high return charge by saying they didn't want to penalize customers who didn't return items. I couldn't believe it. This whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I only returned the item because it was poor quality. It's sad to see that Charli's customer service and product quality has gone downhill. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

Why can't FlixBus get their stuff together and give us reliable service? One day things are great, the next it's a total disaster. It's like a game of chance with your travel plans. And let's not even talk about the constant delays and cancellations.
